You can request a free return for any product within 14 days of the delivery date.

Contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to info@krilldesign.net to receive information on how to return. We have extended our return policy for the Christmas period. Purchases made between 1st December and 31st December can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Shipment

If the purchased product is available, the order will be shipped within 4/5 working days, from Monday to Friday and during working hours, excluding holidays. All orders are processed automatically and we cannot change shipping and delivery times. The courier will send you a message with the tracking link to track your order.
